We started OBM because a fifteen-year-old in Cairo was being asked to choose a future with almost nothing to go on — no honest picture of what a career pays or demands, no way to compare one university against another, and no one to ask who had actually done the job.
Everything we have built since is an answer to that: guidance a student can act on, partners who carry it further than we could alone, and rooms where students meet the people who hire. Two million students later the question has not changed. Our answer keeps getting better.
