This free, high-impact program provides world-class training in technology, personal growth, and professional development, ensuring students stay ahead in an ever-evolving world.

GIZ

OBM believes that empowered women drive progress, innovation, and stronger workplaces. With over 27 women at OBM shaping success and countless growth. In collaboration with GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), we are driving real, lasting change by equipping working women with the skills, opportunities, and support they need to advance their careers and redefine their place in the professional world.

British Council

In partnership with the British Council, OBM Education is leading the Inclusive Youth Empowerment Project in Luxor and Aswan, Egypt, to equip young people with disabilities with the skills, opportunities, and networks needed to become leaders and active changemakers in their communities. The program provides real -world experience to break barriers and build inclusive communities .

OBM Education , in partnership with the Saudi Business Women Association (SBWA), presents مُلهمة (Molhema), a program empowering young Saudi women with entrepreneurial and business skills through hands-on learning. Start

START is a national summit designed to empower university students and fresh graduates to build clear career paths through hands-on internship opportunities, direct job interviews simulations, and professional workshops. Bringing together more than 250 companies and organizations across diverse sectors, the event offers summer and winter placements, paid training programs, and official accredited certificates. Supported by the government and driven by a vision focused on inclusion and sustainability, START aims to bridge the gap between higher education and the labor market.

Be Ready

"Be Ready" is a national initiative launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to prepare youth and students for the labor market, bridging the gap between university education and the skills actively required in today's workforce. The initiative centers around several key tracks, including: Career Readiness & Employability Skills Digital Skills Entrepreneurship Innovation Languages Skills linked to future jobs and shifting market trends OBM manages the initiative's social media platforms, website, and marketing and advertising campaigns, working to reach the largest possible target audience of students to empower their development through the initiative's content across various fields and disciplines.

It offers young innovators a platform to develop and present their business ideas within a supportive and competitive environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

Hala Schools

Hala Schools Program by OBM Education is a pioneering initiative that connects high school students with universities through on-campus events. The program offers students a unique opportunity to explore higher education pathways and career options before making critical life decisions. The program has engaged a number of international and private schools across Saudi Arabia, along with leading universities from Egypt, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and other countries.
